How to get a credit/loan fron banking and non banking institutions

A popular saying says  - „You meet a man judging him by his clothes, and see him off judging him by his mind". The saying is good but is not relevant when you apply for a credit/loan . Here everything needs to be in place, even the  „clothes".
In this work we tried to:
• help entrepreneurs adequately evaluate the economic and financial situation, before making a request for a credit/loan;

• teach entrepreneurs   how to find a financer , who would agree to grant a credit/loan;

•help entrepreneurs to thoroughly prepare for the first  and the following meetings with the potential financer;

•train entrepreneurs concerning the three main factors which constitute the foundation of the financer's decision: current financial situation; business plan quality and fezability; covering the credit/loan and interest rates;

• sensitize entrepreneurs on the risks of credit/loan transactions;

• sensitize entrepreneurs who already benefited of a credit/loan, to manage it correctly. This moment will become decisive upon the solicitation of a new credit/loan  from the same financer or another one.

The book was developed by: the experts of the Association of mayors and local communities of the Republic of Moldova (APCLM) in collaboration with the experts of BIZPRO-Moldova project.
