A complex One-Stop-Shop to open in Ungheni on December 2nd, 2005

USAID BIZPRO, partner of the Government of Republic of Moldova in the implementation of the Regulatory Reform, supports the establishment of One-Stop-Shops and will organize on December 2nd, 2005:

“The Official Opening of One-Stop-Shop On-line in Ungheni”


The Ungheni One-Stop-Shop is a complex one and it will issue trade authorizations as well as urbanism certificates and authorizations for construction activities. The trade authorizations will be issued within 10 working days and the urbanism certificates and authorizations for construction activities within 30 days.

Ungheni One-Stop-Shop is working on-line. It has connected through an electronic network 13 institutions involved in the process of issuing authorizations and certificates. All processes, including the stages of circulation of information and decision making are performed electronically based on a strict algorithm developed following meetings and decisions of local authorities involved in this mechanism.

The establishment of the One-Stop-Shops is a part of the Regulatory Reform, which is implemented by the Government of the Republic of Moldova, with the support from USAID BIZPRO. There are 3 one-stop-shops founded with USAID BIZPRO support operating in Moldova – in Cahul, Hincesti and Edinet. By the end of the year, a new one-stop-shop will open in Singerei. Other 10 one-stop-shops will be set up in 2006.
