„Advance training on trade and structured finance for financial institutions”

The seminar „Advance training on trade and structured finance for financial institutions” is organized by USAID/BIZPRO together with Moldovan Banks Association. It will be held on May 23-26, 2006 and will be conducted by Vincent O’Brien, International Trade Banker and Johan Bergamin, Advisor in Structured Finance with ING Bank.


This workshop will be case driven and focused on the use of application of trade finance instruments and rules at an advanced level together with structured finance methodologies. It represents the continuation of the Basic Level Trade Finance Training course that was delivered in Chisinau on January 24-29, 2005.


The objective of the seminar is to assist Moldovan financial institution in improving their knowledge and skills in managing various trade finance instruments, in such a way to contribute to increasing access to finance by Moldovan enterprises and improving their ability to grow and compete on local, regional, and international markets.
