Regulation of leasing operations in the Republic of Moldova

BIZPRO-Moldova and Ernst & Young Co. will organize a round table on the following topic: „Regulation of leasing operations in the Republic of Moldova” on September 16, 2005

The objective of the round table is the discussion of the new leasing operations regulation legal framework (the recent approved Leasing Law, Tax Code amendments, Custom Code etc.) and the international experience presentation.

The presentation of the new leasing operations legal framework will be carried out with the support of Ernst & Young Co. consultants. The best leasing practices will be presented by the international expert in this field, M. Stewart Pirnie, well-known by his contribution to the establishment of a chain of leasing companies in Central and South-east Europe.

The workshop will be held in the Conference Hall of KENTFORD building, Stefan cel Mare Ave., 202, 1st floor.
