All legislative acts on entrepreneurial activity will be revised in compliance with a draft law on basic principles and mechanism of regulation of entrepreneurial activity, which the parliament passed in the second reading on Thursday.
The procedure of revision is completed after enforcement of the law or a year and half after its publication. The administrative acts regulating the entrepreneurial activity will not be applied and invoked after enforcement of this law.
According to the draft, the administrative authorities will create task forces within seven months and will work out draft laws regulating the entrepreneurial activity.
The document stipulates that the state commission for regulation of entrepreneurial activity will monitor the process of execution of this law, and it will report to the parliament and executive every half-year. The results of sittings of the commission will be published on the website of the register of official acts regulating the entrepreneurial activity.
The law on revision and optimisation of normative framework on regulation of entrepreneurial activity called "guillotine" was launched in February 2005. About 800 laws, governmental decisions, regulations, ministerial and departmental orders have been examined until now, of which about 350 have been revised or annulled.
