Draft Law of Republic of Moldova on basic principles and mechanisms regulating entrepreneurial activity
The law will determine principles and mechanisms regulating the business activity in order to ensure free trade and entrepreneurial activities, free competitiveness, and to create a favorable environment for economic development.The draft Law has been coordinated with all stakeholders and has to be submitted for Cabinet of Ministers’ approval by the end of December 2005
